Brownies were made by me, after about an hour of preparation and baking

For the advisory class, we were assigned to either make or bake a dish. As the students came into class with their dishes, I began to see how ethnicity really played a role into the dishes people made. Although I stayed neutral with classic brownies, people made food based on their heritage. Some people made hispanic food, others made asian style dishes. I think that this was a good task because many people had never cooked before, so it was good idea for students to branch out on the things they do. Although students had never cooked before, the dishes they produced came out quite enjoyable which I believe surprised many. For example, my boy Ilan had never cooked before. However, after following a recipe he was able to make a spinach and artichoke dip which was delicious. Although the biggest cuisine he had ever made before that dish was a bowl of cereal, he made food that people enjoyed eating.
Making brownies is not difficult. All that needs to be done is mixing the water, vegetable oil, one egg, and the brownie mix. After stirring it all together, you simply need to pur the chocolate batter int a baking pan and placing it into the oven. After about 40 minutes, the brownies come out and they are fully baked.
