As I was reading this story book, I felt that these ancient-times, delightful stories have a lot of meanings still today.

I am about to finish Aespo's Fables. Whenever I read this, it gives me a pleasure to read it more. An example what I mean is on page 102 where it says "Advice from the greedy is best ignored." This tells us that if you listen to someone who you think is not your faithful companion, you make a mistake. He will not give you advice. He will always try to fool you.

I really like the quote on page 116: "Goodness is the greatest strength of all." This tells us that the way of life is always the best way of living. If you have this great ability, you will always succeed. But sometimes too much goodnees is not good. People get take advantage of you. They can misuse your gentle ways.

This theme in Aesops Fables reminds me something that happen to me. My friends told me that I have this ability, but I experienced that some people used me for there own purposes, and it hurt me. So don't be so good that peolpe can use you. Don't be so bad that noone likes you.

I am looking forward to finishing this book. It gives me many lessons, and I learned by this. This book is pretty good.
