So recently I have been wanting to learn more and more about airsoft. What is airsoft? Why isn’t there any airsoft stores in New York City? Ok well I know what airsoft is and its not soft at all. What airsoft is when you use bb guns on paintball fields, but we use 6mm plastic balls that move anywhere from 47 fps(feet per sec.) to 600+fps. And the reason why there is no airsoft place in the city is because the use of any toy that looks like a gun of a gun that looks like a toy is illegal in New York City.

One thing that I know for sure about airsoft is that its illegal in NYC. Now I've studied my share of New York City law, and I don't think that airsoft should be illegal in the york city.

Being that I didn't have a lot of background information on airsoft, I chose to do some research on the topic. As I searched for blogs and news articles on Google, I came across this one article: Airsoft gun taken for real gun at Bridgeton High School. This article provided a lot of information and opinions on airsoft. Some people felt that airsoft is stupid and that BB guns are only going to be used to commit crimes. <Insert a quote from the article.> This statement didn't really surprise me all that much, but it did make me feel that people base there opinions on the wrong things people do. if one person does something dumb with a airsoft gun you hear about that in the news but you never here about the fast that airsoft teacher discipline for firearms

All of this makes me think that the impression on the world are based on the negative things we do.
