So i go to the gym and workout with my trainer like 9 times a week. The only thing that helps is to go back continuously. Uh how often do you workout and have you achieved any goals?

You work out 9 times? Wow. I used to go like 2 or 3 times a week. There would be times I wouldn't even go. I used to be sooo sore at first.

Thanks for the tip. I have to go back because i'm putting the weight on again. Lol. I did achieve to last longer running on the treadmill. Before I would do like 15 minutes and be sooo tired and out of breathe. I can go for like 45 minutes now! I was hype.

Giggly Butt....omg hahahah I totally know what you mean. What aggrivates me the most is the girls who look perfect to workout. Keep on working out though! I hated getting up at 5am to workout but as time goes by you find something that motivates you, and sooner or later you look in the mirror and your like DAMN. hahaha

Michelle I can relate to what you're saying so much. I was working out on Planet Fitness last week for a really long time. When I woke up my body was feeling so sore I didn't even want to get up. After I took my regular morning shower my body was feeling a little better but still sore. I searched online and found a way to avoid this.

Something you said that stood out to me was "I know I should of stretched, I did stretch but I guess not good enough because it still hurts". This stood out to me because I can tell you a good way to stretch. Before you start working out you must do a warm up stretch before starting you should breath in and breath out. Each time you breath in bring your hands all the way up and when you breath out bring your hands down. After doing that a couple times just reach over your legs to stretch your legs muscles after you're finished do a couple lounges as well. Also just do a couple jumping jacks and heisman and you're body should be ready to workout.

After you're done working out you must do a cool down stretch. Just basically breath in and out and stretch all your muscles slowly and gently. You should be fine after that. I really enjoyed this detox and I hope next time you work out you're muscle don't be sore afterwards. Goodluck Michelle.
