What else can I learn about Polish culture?

For my personal project, I am choosing to learn more about my Polish background. Since I am the first generation in my family to be born in America, I decided that I was going to find out more about my Polish roots. I am proud of my heritage and because of that, I have developed a strong appreciation for Polish culture, and I would like to learn more about it, since it a such an important part of who I am.
