Book vs. Kindle
I love reading. I read all the time and books have been a huge part of my life. Right now, after the release of the kindle and the nook the battle is raging on: are ebooks better or as good as real books? Originally I was completely against the idea of getting a Kindle or even getting the app. I thought reading a book on my phone would be horrible. I thought that nothing could replace holding a book in my hand and turning the pages but I finally gave in and got the Kindle app.
After using the Kindle app to read several books, I discovered that reading a book on my phone isn't so bad. I have to admit the ease and accessibility of having a book on my phone is much easier than carrying a book around all the time. Also, being able to read late at night without turning a light on is a definite advantage. Even after reading several books on my phone, I still prefer reading the hard copy of a book. The Kindle is a good alternative for certain situations, but nothing will ever replace a book.
