A community, is a place in witch people live together, a place where people of many races interact and live. But many do not know the history of the place in which they live. on The 30th of September, our class went on a trip to the Bowne house. Although i was sick and unable to attend, I still learned a lot of new things.

Bowne house was part of a community, the community of Flushing New York. Flushing actually became the worlds planting center. Exotic and rare trees from all over the world were brought here, and they were kept here and they were grown and were taken care of. The Bowne House is a relic of that time, it stood for religious freedom and it was a sign of hope for all of the world.

America was founded on the basic ideologies of freedom, and a big place that represented that was the bowne house. A 5 paragraph remonstrance was written by Edward Hart. Showing mainly the Religious freedom that was given to each and every individual who lived in America, and how their individual lives would therefore be free of the chains of a government saying that they cannot worship anything other than a specific religion, such as Christianity. Through the works of many people, America had become one of the few places in the world that provided freedom, not only religiously but freedom in general for all.
