The Catcher In The Rye

Lying is something that everyone does. I don't care who you are you had to at least lied once in your years living. You may be wondering why is he talking about lying and there's a pretty good reason for that.

I'm reading a book named “ The Catcher In The Rye” by J.D Salinger and the main character Holden said “ I'm the most terrific liar you ever saw in your life” and this is funny because I wouldn't even lie I do tell stories sometime but only when I really have to.

When is lying ok ? This question is hard to answer because sometime people really need to lie to get out of bad situations. For example cops, the tell suspects lies to make them try to tell on their partner in crime and get them off the streets but other just lie for no reason.

My little brother is always lying but the funny part is he's not good at it but he just does it anyway. This just goes to show that everyone lies sometimes and no one is perfect. Sometimes lying can be a good thing and sometimes bad but no matter what it's still lying.
