Chelsea King.

What I know about this topic is that Chelsea King went missing on February 25, 2010 when she went on a run down in Poway. I have heard that she was a member of the Poway track team, and was very involved in her school. This topic interests me because it is a tragic event that no one should have to experience in their lives. What I don’t know about this topic is the information that is not given on the television. I want to learn as much as there is to know about this topic. I want to know all details that are allowed to be given out.

In an article named, “Among the Gated Enclaves, Anger and Fear over Chelsea King’s Killing” in the Los Angeles Times states that she was jogging around Lake Hodges. Down a worn path and around the bend was where Chelsea King was when he was attacked killed and buried in a shallow grave. Someone said “Nobody’s safe. Nobody’s privileged. Everybody is venerable.” A guy by the name of John Albert Gardener was charged Wednesday afternoon with murdering Chelsea King. They also linked an attack back in 2009 on a 22-year old woman in the same park.  He is ordered held without bail and could be charged with death penalty if convicted guilty.

Reading this article gave me great insight on the whole situation. It gave me updated information that I did not know about. I do agree that he should be help in jail for what he has done. He brought great depression to not only Chelsea’s family, but everyone that knew her. He should have to deal with the consequences of what he has done wrong.
