Coffee and Music and Stuff.
Although I'm a little late about "announcing" the coffeehouse last night, I'll just say this; if you missed it, you missed the wrong coffeehouse. This few hours was packed with so much enthusiasm and talent it makes my heart swell. I'm so impressed at all of the different styles of expression that exist here at our own little Catholic school. Who knew? All ages of students performed a multitude of talents, from harmonizing with a few friends to melting our faces with guitar solos. Okay. Yes, I did perform as well, but I'm my own worst critic so I'm going to avoid that and try to keep this going as an appreciation post. Of course a large part of how much fun this coffeehouse was was how many people showed up to support. Seriously, there were more seniors than I have ever seen at a Judge coffeehouse, and that felt good no matter how I performed. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to snag one of the cookies before they all disappeared, but that must have meant that they were especially delicious. From the cooking, to the music, to the crowd, let's just say that last night, I was proud to be a Bulldog.
