There was this article that i read about UfC article and there was a fighter who train everyday for 10 hours just working on his  fighting technique, wheight training, and strectching. These are good ways to help the fighter develope skillls in order to make your opponent fear you so that it will be a easy victory, according to the fighter name Chuck Ladell.
