Deathly Drivers

Driving down the freeway swerving out of my line narrowly avoiding getting smashed between two vehicles, this is regular experience when driving near college students. I am writing about this because that’s what happens when you let college drive on a freeway system and how much it make me frustrated when drivers getting on the freeway wont speed up or slow down to merge into your lane, that you have to be in to get off on your exit. This makes you speed up, slow down, or get over a lane; all of these I hate doing first of all my baby blue 1993 Mercury Tracer is so gut-less that I can on speed up quick enough. Second my I hate giving up my position; it’s a pride issue that I must overcome, but not now. Third all most all the time there is another car next to me or I need the next exit and I can’t move over.

There is one exit in particular that I have the most trouble at, which is 800 N in Orem. Just a few weeks ago I was going down the road just about to get off at the next exit and this big flat bed semi was at a steady speed next to me as another big truck is coming on next to me and seeing that he need to merge into the line I was currently occupying, I was accelerating to try to get over in front of the semi to my left, as the line to my right was ending the truck to my right started moving over honking at me ,not even slowing down. My small 4 cylinder car barley got me a foot in front of the truck to my left and I had to cut off him so I didn’t get smashed between the two huge vehicle.

Have this problem with many vehicles mostly college students I think people should learn how to merge into the lane properly or they shouldn't drive. This would solve many problems including crashes, road rage, bad days, and injuries.
