Digital Photography Theme Post: Alexandria T.
I am exploring nature all over the world. I am interested in this because I believe it is a very beautiful topic to pursue and there are very many different variations of pictures that can be very useful to portraying the beauty of the world through plant life and more.

In this photograph, I see how even on a cloudy and somewhat dreary day, the leaves of these trees are still quite beautiful to look at. I know that in 2009, there must be tons of wonderful nature out there but at the time, I think that even a picture like mine can be seen as a beautiful picture as well.
It has been said that one photograph is worth a thousand words. This could be true about this photograph because it describes that even the most simple of nature pieces can be as good looking as the most complex nature picture there is out there. It reflects my theme in that I feel like i can compare my picture to that of others of more experiences photographers and still think i did a good job just by capturing this particular image on this particular day.
One thing that I know about nature is that no matter how many types of nature there is out there, all the pictures will have something in common, simplicity and its ability to be beautiful and have people admire it for longer than you would expect. One thing that I wonder about the simplicity of nature pictures is how people find such good pictures to take that get a message across. This makes me think of how I might take a picture of some form of nature that gets a message across, even if its the most basic flower found in the park.

This photograph was taken by Rana Pipiens and was found Flickr.com. In this photograph, I see this very simple picture of a pinwheel flower. I know that this flower was taken in a botanical garden in Singapore. My interpretation of this photograph is that even a white flower can look so beautiful by just having a unusual shape.
This photograph relates to my photograph because it is one of the simplest nature photographs i have seen so far and I believe that my photographs are simple and beautiful as well as this one . As I look at this and other photographs, my next photographs will hopefully be simple in a beautiful, complex way in which people can look at it and admire it. If I were to look up some information about my theme/topic, I would like to know more about the concepts of a nature photograph that make people appreciate its beauty.
Since you are reading this post, I would like to ask you why you think nature photographs are beautiful and what makes them simple and complex at the same time.
