Does that really work that well?
I chose this video because it is about Muscle Milk. It has a guy who drinks Mucle Milk and then goes and Lifts a lot, and at the end it says "Muscle Milk, It gets the job done." By seeing this you might think that you will be able to get strong really fast and start lifting like the guy in the commercial, or life more than normal that if you didn't drink the Muscle Milk. I know because I have lifted with people who drink it that it helps but not the much. It is just a good source of protein. The commercial isn't telling you how much the person in it lifts in an average week or how long they have been lifting weights. He has probably gotten most of his strength from a good amount of years lifting weights. But if you just watched that you wouldn't know.
