Education is the key

As high school senior preparing to graduate you should begin to think about what direction you intend to go in after high school. Do you plan on going to college right away? Just hang out or work?

You may be tired go school or feel college is to hard , don’t need it you can make working a low paying job ? You may have just went to school because you had to and really don’t care about your grades. Education is the key to your future and to a better life, higher paying job and being able to support your family and not living paycheck to paycheck. I know how your feeling I was in your shoes when I graduated, worried, exited but I made a lot of mistakes and wasted a lot of time doing nothing working dead end jobs going nowhere, not really worried about life just drinking and hanging out. I am now 36 years old and just starting college I have a son and a daughter on the way. Life in the real world isnt cheap and it can be a cold place if you don’t get an education and better your life. The older you get the harder it gets to start, having children is a full time job.

Keep any eye on them all the time. They depend on you for everything and diapers, formula and everything else adds up quickly: rent, bills, groceries, gas. Life in the real world isn't cheap and it can be a cold place if you don’t get an education and better your life.

I support seniors continuing their education it may seem your tired of school and may want to just do nothing for a few years. College may seem like its to hard or you just don’t want to do it but it will pay off for you in the end. You could be in your early twenties and have a career making more money than most of your friends, and some people older than you . There are grants, loans, and scholorships that you can apply for. Just talk to your guidence counselor or go to your local collge campus or websites and there is all kinds of links and information there for you. I went to my college and the finacial aid center helped me get a grant to go back to school and they will help you too. It may be a good experience for you to visit a local college so you may get a feel of see how you like it .

I support high school senior contining their education because oncd you your degree it could open a lot of doors For you the starting salary for a Occupational Therapist is 3,000 a month not bad more than I am now . You may From a single parent home and have struggled or your parents might have not made a lot of income . This should motivate you to want a better life and give back to your parent , parents and not have the same life for your children. College can help you get your life straight and grow into a mature young adult .

Finally I supprt young people going to college is that our econemy is in a rough place and the more you have to offer and the more education you have the better chances you will have to get a better job . There are choices of joining the military as an officer if you have a degree , or let the military pay for education as you serve your country
I feel that college is the best for you can accomplish anything as long as you put your mind to it .

In conclusion I hope that you see that its is time to grow up and start to prepare for life an dwith an education you can open doors for you and become a better person prepared fo rlife in the real worl and look at the mistakes that I made and don’t waste many years doing nothing get your education and make something of your self .
