I found this really cool article written by Sue Ferguson on the SIRS online search database. So, my topic is dreams. I wanted to know if they correlate with our daily life and events that have happened to us. Sigmund Freud believed that dreams are symbolic of significant events and feelings that are repressed in our waking lives, hence why they only appear when we're unconcious.  These events and feelings are often from our childhood.

Not everyone believes with Freud, especially Harvard University neurologist, Allan Hobson. Hobson believes that dreams have nothing to do with repressed events or feelings but rather they are just reflections of our daily concerns.

I'm siding with Freud on this one. Almost every dream I have is of an event or feeling from my childhood and I often find myself in places that I spent a lot of time as a kid. I put on a dream survey a few days ago, I think it was friday. If anyone wants to help, that'd be great! More to come...
