Everyone knew that thew two were going to get divorced

I have recently read The Joy Luck Club, by Amy Tan and I have found this chapter to be espeially interesting because it has to do with divorce. I think this topic is especially interesting becaues we all will get married someday. I am not very familiar with this topic.

I read somthing interesting, it has to do with a marriage that was going to divorce. I am pretty sure that everyone knew in the back of their heads that these two were going to get divorced.

As the chapter began it tells me that the couple that had barely gotten married was at the point of divorce. I do not know how they came to this decision. I know that she does not want to get divorced. I think that her husband is the unfaithful one.

I want to continue to read this book to find out how the ending will add all the stories ending up together.
