The Evolution of Video Game Music : NPR Music
Shared by Vince
anyone notice that the best games that come out have the best soundtracks. maybe the game isn't as great as we think but it is actually the music that makes us like it so much
The complexity of the music improved to the point where the score of a video game became almost indistinguishable from the music played in the finest concert halls. Wall went on to score the third and fourth installments of the Myst series, and he based the main theme for Myst III on Karl Orff's Carmina Burana.

Dear vmcbean
I am laughing about what you said. It is funny to me how true your statement is. I have been playing videogames for a while and I totally agree with what you are saying. I really like the first sentense of the second paragraph is very interesting. I had never thought about videogames in this way before.
Thank you for writing. I look forward to seeing what you write next, because it seems we share similaraties in thought. f you continue to write about music changing I will be highly interested in reading more from you.
