I adjusted the highlight/shadow levels and I also brought out the yellow in the photo. I selected the leaves in the background as well as the flower when highlighting.

Flower.
The original photograph was really an excellent up-close image. With the editing I felt as though it made a very successful improvement on an already great picture. It’s interesting how you decided to keep every object in the photograph completely visible. I believe if you used the correct DOF and made the background blurry ad the fore ground clear, that this image would have been more powerful to the audience looking at this. Over all this is a neat photograph.
