Food Channel Magazine

One of the presents that I got for Christmas this year from my sister was a subscription to the Food Network Channel Magazine. It was one of my favorite presents.
Her, knowing how much I love food and watching the food channel, put much thought into this present, and I really am appreciative to her for it. Every month, I wait for that colorful package in the mail advertising some new beautiful dish on the front cover. I savor every last page of each magazine that I have been getting, making sure that I don't accidentally miss a valuable piece of information on how to prepare a certain food that I have been obsessed with lately, or the like. The food network magazine is something that one would probably not expect a teenage girl to be raving over, I myself sometimes wonder why I'm not as interested in Seventeen magazine, or Teen Vogue. I mean, I am, don't get me wrong, but when I'm sitting in the dentist's waiting room and I see the two, I'll reach for the foodie mag. I am not quite sure what sparked my interest in food and eating healthy, but it definitely is something that I really am passionate about, and maybe will even go onto explore in the future. I think magazines like this one are really there to just feed my inspiration and allow me to expand my knowledge on the topic that I love. I would definitely recommend this magazine to anyone, especially someone who is looking to eat healthier, to give this magazine a try. Who knows, maybe you'll get yourself to be more interested in learning how to make a healthier alternative to a food you love than what celebrity is trending this month!
