I am still trying to prove that their are 15 foods out there that serve greatness to the human body. Also I am trying to prove that their are no such thing as bad food. But as I read more and research move about my question I found that their are bad foods out their. They are really not that bad but just a bit unhealthy for you. But their might be a way you can make it much more better for you body if you do the right things. Nothing can be too bad for you body just need to work on it. I also was thinking that I can one day maybe a food critic and rate and eat many foods but stay in shape. But you need to check out what I have found out for you so please look down below.
I been looking at more food research and , their are many interesting points that arise from the articles I’m reading. Their are many alarming things that I found that is very scary if you think about. Check this piece that I got from the article that I am reading and look at the numbers. If you are worry about you families health then you should be taking measures that can help you and your family be more healthy.

That number is catastrophic 64 percent of adults and 15 percent of children are overweight. That makes many people shake to think about children that are 15 percent overweight. Everyone needs to take control ,no one want their child’s health in jeopardy. I for one is a body builder and health fanatic and I am for an healthy country. Looking at that quote makes me wonder what more can we do if we are not committed to making each other healthy. Some families think that being overweight is ok and they might even say they will do something about it. Only if they realize putting it aside is not really good way to help anyone at all , especially not yourself.
This quote and number to me is very high. I just cant watch people become over weight and unhealthy because of their laziness. So that is why I want to take it in as a helping article maybe an helping blog too. I might just change or make a new Tumblr to help people eat much better. I never really go out to help the people of this world. I’m really trying to save the animals and natures of this world before its all lose. But the children are the future and seeing that number up their in the quote is not going to benefit my cause. So we must raise healthy children to help our animals of the world.
Now look at this picture and my mouth is watering. It is a Tomato Mozzarella Salad to me this is like almost the best salad ever. Now when you look at it you might be like oh my god is that tomato's that is no good I'm not having that. But you see this is actually is very healthy tomato's can help prevent cancer cells from forming in your body. The Mozzarella can help you build stronger bones.
This picture makes me just want to drool all over my post. But as you can see it has cheese and a little shred lettuce that too me is good. We should all try it ,it is very easy to make and has a great taste. All you need to 2 tomato and a stick of mozzarella cheese and some lettuce. Then you slice the tomato and cheese and chop the lettuce and you can put it and arrange it however you want it. Now my dressing for this salad is olive oil and some black pepper and you mix it together and then you can pour it all over the salad please try to eat healthy. It will make you more better and help the cause to save the animals and the health of your family.
Now lets look at some foods that are unhealthy for the body. The food that chose from the article was the second food which is Sour Cream Onion chips. That is my favorite chip , I love eating and enjoying the crisp crunch and taste but it is really unhealthy for me. I am really consuming 150 calories, 10 g fat (3 g saturated), 210 mg sodium. That is a lot and that is bad for my health. The article has a more healthier way of eating these chips but I made my own. That is you take some Chive and some sour cream not a lot and dice some onions and and add a little potato skin and mix it all together you got your own sour cream dip. You get to make as much as you want and dip as much as you want. Also make sure if you are going to eat sour cream onion dip you must ,and I mean MUST! drink with some sort of juice because if you drink all natural no add sugar fruit drink it will cancel out the bad intake.
Also I know their are ladies reading this post well I hope because this is a good way to keep you healthy if you already not healthy. But I bet you all are but you must read this. I know you are all worried about your figure and how good it must look like but don’t you ever look down and see that your thighs are a little to big well if you have this certain item for breakfests you might need to eat less of it. So please look below......

Now I think the quote up their is really not that big of a deal. That is because I love bacon so I need to say all you need to do is work it out. Burn it off I suggest early morning power walking and jogging. It can really help shape your thighs better and it can help with you breathing if you have trouble breathing. It makes strong legs and a healthier body that’s the method I use to make my body healthier and looking better too. Their way of cooking it I don’t think you need to resort to it so you can really just do this and it will be better for a lot of people. You can still eat what you love and look good afterwards. But you must stay with the methods.
So the first thing is their are bad foods out their but their are ways to counter act it. Remember if you are going to sit down watch your morning cartoons and have a snack like chips always drink with not added sugar fruit drinks it counters acts it.
