Global Warming Study
Recently, I read an article about global warming. It discussed new studies that have verified that temperatures around the world are actually rising by a small amount, and have been since 1900. I thought it was amazing that some people still don't accept the fact that world-wide temperatures are on an upward path, and that so many studies have had to have been conducted to verify that. I'm sure that critics and skeptics of global warming will still not believe the facts and numbers, but it would benefit society greatly if they did. The article discussed the methods it used to reach it's conclusions, and it had converging conclusions with three other studies. Those were two topics that were discussed in unSpun, and I thought that was a good article to read after we finished reading the book, because it is reputable, and it shows a way to apply what is taught in class to the real world.

I enjoyed reading your post "Global Warming Study" because I like reading stuff like this about the world, I feel like it is important that people should be interest in what is going around the world so they can see and act in helping out the world before anything bad happens.
One sentence that stands out for me is: " I thought it was amazing that some people still don't accept the fact that world-wide temperatures are on an upward path, and that so many studies have had to have been conducted to verify that" because I think people should wake up and realize that we in danger of something horrible happening to the world, there could many changes in the years to come but yet people are stuck with different things such as entertainment to keep their minds off the drastical changes in life.
