A Good Photo Essay

What I learned after reading the tips on how to make a good photo essay was that you need to find a topic, do research, find a story, find emotions, and plan your pictures. What this means is that when you want to make a photo essay, you find a topic that appeals to you, then you look in depth at the topic you picked, so you are able to figure out what kind of story and feeling you want to give your pictures.  When figuring this out, you should plan ahead on what kind of pictures you're going to take to better enhance your story line.
