Guilty

60 feet of destruction. 60 feet in every direction from the trash can where the bomb was placed. Why. Revenge. Casey Campbell was a good kid but she sought out for revenge. Casey Campbell was bullied she was singled out by the crew a group at park lane high school and on April 4th she wanted revenge.

It all began as a normal day students filled the halls at park lane, teachers stood at the front of classroom, students filled into classrooms some eager to learn, and others excited for a little nap, the cafeteria and the dinning patio was packed with hundreds of students talking, laughing, and enjoying their lunch.

But this was not a normal day. A bomb was found at Park Lane. Detective Riley came to the High school and searched the trash cans and found a bomb on the dinning patio right next to the cafeteria. Bomb control was called to handle the situation and they took the bomb away.

This was the day that Casey Campbell wanted to get her revenge. Not by a knife. Not by a gun. But by a bomb. A bomb does not chose its victims a bomb will take out whatever is within its range. Everything with in 60 feet of this trash can in all directions. Walls, windows, tables, students. Casey Campbell's revenge would have caused devastation.

As the prosecution we have charged Ms. Campbell with three counts one attempted aggravated murder, two possession of weapon of mass destruction, and three possession of a dangerous weapon on or around school premises. We will prove beyond any reasonable doubt that Ms. Campbell intentionally and knowingly attempted to cause the death of others by means of a weapon of mass destruction, that the bomb was in fact a weapon of mass destruction because it was an item that was designed and intended to cause widespread death or serious bodily injury to multiple victims, that Ms. Campbell possessed the weapon of mass destruction unlawfully, and that the weapon was possessed by Ms. Campbell on or around school premises. At the end of the day you will have no doubt in your mind that Casey Campbell made a weapon of mass destruction and brought it to school with the intention of killing others. In order to do this today we brought three witnesses. Rory Riley, Dr. Kim Killian, and Sawyer Simpson.

Detective Rory Riley will tell us about finding the bomb at Park Lane high School and walk us through the rest of his investigations and all the evidence which pointed to Casey Campbell including the bomb ingredient that was found in Ms. Campbell's garage, Ms. Campbell's R-place page, and her artwork which consisted of Park Lane engulfed in flames and Sawyer trapped inside.

Dr. Kim Killian examined the bomb and will tell us today the amount of devastation that could have taken place on April 4th.
Sawyer Simpson is a member of the crew and she will tell us today about the reasons as to why Casey Campbell would want revenge. Along with the threat that Casey Campbell made to Ms. Simpson just two days before the bomb was found "You will be sorry you ever picked on me."
