We are interested in this question because we have had friends who were depressed. One girl we knew was depressed about school, things that happened at home, and boys.

We don't understand why most people become depressed and most of them don't know what their depressed about. Our reason for asking this question was to find out why different people from different background stake the situation of depression differently.

For one of us, a cousin was depressed when her grandma died. He wouldn't talk to anyone. If you talked about his grandma in any way, he would leave the room. He didn't want to talk about anything.

We think a lot of people are interested in learning more about depression because, they probably experienced someone in their life suffering from depression or maybe they were even depressed at one point. People might be interested in this topic because one time or another all people get depressed. We think that people would be interested to see how other people respond to depression.

We think we will find interesting information on this.  We can surf the internet, or talk to people who have been depressed or who knows somebody who suffered from depression. We could also find out how they overcame their depression, or what made or makes them depressed.

We will probably end up learning more than we planned to learn. This topic is very interesting.
