This picture shows an experience that these girls will probablly remember. They are clearly friends. You can  tell that by the way they carry themselves they have different personalties. Some things are simmilar, they all find walking in the rain fun, and they all are wearing simmilar clothing. They all have different styles and opinions that combine until you can't identify one from the other. This realates to our question because it has to do with the different aspects of ourselves and where they come from. I am curious to find out if most of our traits come from who we hang out with.

THE QUESTIONS THAT STARTED IT ALL...

What about your question seems difficult to understand? Why?

We have many friends and we spend a lot of time with them, often we like the same things... what do we get from them? What do they get from us?

Do you think other people are interested in learning more about this? Why?

Yes. I think that if people see that we do get things from our friends they will look to themselves in more detail.

Where do you think you will find interesting information about this? Why?

I think that anything that has to do with philosophy will tell us about friendship.

In what way might your inquiry be more complicated than it appears to be?

Philosophy talks about relationships and different types of friendship but i think we will have to come up with our own answer.

Do you think that by looking for information about your wonder/topic, you'll actually end up learning about something else? What? Why?

I think that we might end up finding out about people's relationships with others.

Did you have a specific experience that made you wonder about this? What was it?

No.

Mom yelling at me.

What about your question seems difficult to understand? Why?

I have a lot of friends, and they are pretty random so I wouldn't really know how each of them affected my personality.

Do you think other people are interested in learning more about this? Why?

Yes, I do think they will be interested. When we are born we know nothing, not even about ourselves what we do in our life affect who we are, specifically our friends.

Where do you think you will find interesting information about this? Why?

Maybe a site/book with Philosophy.

In what way might your inquiry be more complicated than it appears to be?

It might be more complicated that as expected because of our clashing personalities, but that might bring up more interesting ideas. Also the fact of many friends, it'll be hard to see what affected us in our life.

Do you think that by looking for information about your wonder/topic, you'll actually end up learning about something else? What? Why?

Yes, I do think so because one topic would lead to another topic, maybe like enemies.

Did you have a specific experience that made you wonder about this? What was it?

Well not really, I just thought about who I am and how I came to be.

well first if all traits are

well first if all traits are something that your born with so therefore you cant develop them from your freinds. It is true that your freinds can influence you to do things but you will always be you no matter what. I am researching an inquiry question smilar to yours and that is "are people born with their personalities or does it derive from the enviornment" this has been a daunting question for me for a long time. I would think that your traits are from birth and they get altered or augmented due to the enviornment so hanging out with someone whos mean when your a nice person wouldnt have an affect on you because your naturally nice and plus you know that is not a good trait to have so you dont let yourself succumb to that level.
