How does the human brain store knowledge?

At this moment, scientists believe that their is very little information that they have not yet discovered about the world. They, however, have not yet been able to explore the depths of the human brain, the "essence" of man kind. They believe that once controlled, they can remove, replece, restore, delete and control in any other way the contents of the brain. For example, if a person lack scientific or mathematical knowledge when compared to another person, there can be an "exchange of knowledge" between the two. At the same time, physicists are trying to locate "missing matter" within the Universe. It is said that they discovered only 10% of it! What I would like to know now is that how many technologies and possibilities can become true from the many speculations?
