I TOUCH?!

I have a regualr mp3 to save money would be nice if i got an itouch though 

I noticed you said in your response that the new ipod was so perfect. And yeah, I've used the itouch and the iphone and they are both really nice, but, even though we think they are perfect now, in a very short amount of time there is going to be something better and the old ones will no longer be able to function. Plus, I never know what to buy since something new will always come out very quickly that is better and sometimes cheaper, and wil fix the problems I would encounter with the one I bought.

I happen to have an iPod touch but i don't think that it is the most perfect one.  I was so excited to buy it but now I actually regret buying it.  I bought it on December of 2007 for $400 but now there is a new generation which is $100 cheaper, much thinner, and is upgraded.  I actually had to pay $10 for the upgrade.  I regret it so much! So whenever something new comes out, I have to remember that I should wait for a new generation to come out before buying it.

 I find it interesting how quickly companies, especially apple come out with new products. In a matter of three months, two new ipods come out, and everyone has to get them. But what I'm really trying to get at is the laptops, literally every week an new laptop is made, and they are getting more and more sophisticated. My laptop is a MacBook, and i bought it last year. My friend got the new mac and he tried to use his software to update my computer, it said my system was too old.

     as times change - things get more advanced; but you cant say that a nano is less then a shuffle. A shuffle; little and screenless. They do sometimes downgrade in some aspects when making new products. Such as the Sidekick ID & the Sidekick 3.

I think the I-Pod touch is really cool and I have an I-Pod touch. I think it is really fun to play with and to touch the screen, I also think is something really unique. I wonder how they get it to work with the touch. If you touch the screen it goes to wherever you want it to go. People are coming up newer and newer things and technology is becoming more better and more advanced. I have an I-Pod touch just like that, the 1st edition one and it is fat and thick and it cost a lot of money. The one that they have now is cheaper and I think they made it better. They are making newer I-Pods and everything and people are just buying them. It is a really cool thing that they made these because that is what I listen to my music on.

I like this picture because this is something that I would like to own in the future. I love the Ipod touch, can't wait until I get it.

iPod touch is great but i thing the newer one is much better. I wish i had it.

Dear Mr. Noded,

I liked your image, "I Touch?!", because it brought me back to the time when I first bought an mp3 player circa 2003...a Dell DJ.  I bought it because it was cheaper than the ipod at the time but it was big and bulky and heavy and definitely not pocket sized!

One sentence that you wrote that stands out for me is: "I wonder how people feel when they come up with an idea and it acutally becomes someone's value or treasure" [sic].  I think this is nice because whenever I create something (like this post) and then it attracts attention and develops into something more, I experience that wonder at the creative process.

Another sentence that I liked was: "I happened to find this picture. I looked down on my desk and saw the very first generation." This stood out for me because I find it interesting how you can be doing something important but how little it takes to draw you out of your work and back into a memory like this image juxtaposed with your old ipod did.

Your image reminds me of something that happened to me.  One time, I was working on a lesson for a class concerning social bookmarking and and I stumbled across a site that I hadn't visited in awhile - archive.org.  On the page at that time I saw an archive of a web page that I had visited many years ago - it might have been the original Yahoo!(tm) search page but I could be mistaken.  Anyway, that moment brought me back to being a teenager on a dial-up internet connection fussing with my family over who would get to use our one line next and how far along the technology has come.
