Impressions of The Stranger

The Stanger by Alber Camus is an amazing book. From the moment i started reading it  I was unable to put it down until i finished it. I was able to get so enthrolled in this book that i read it in a few sittings. I was surprised at how short this book is, considereing that he is conveying a whole person and the complexities of life. The first thing that amazed me where how the chapters were written. Each chapter is like a short story and there is a thread of similarity that combines them all together. The ending of each chapter is amazing and I am just blown away by his writing style. Lastly the ideas in this book are mind boggeling. What matters in life? What is life? How do you deal with the absurdness and unfairness of it all? Philosophical questions like this are laced throught out the novel. This was an amazing book, and my first impressiosn of it turned out to be correct.
