We should be able to make sure that all people have access to their health insurance so they can be aided by people and tested to see if they are doing drugs or not. Also they should be treated with health care and other treatment programs to make sure that they are healthy. Also they should be well taken care of and people should be making sure that they are okay at all times, but it is their fault for taking drugs. Also drugs can cause people pain and stuff so their is a solution to that. They are helping the problem of pain medication abuse. These people are just trying to help and save your lives.
As a state we can take the lead in making sure all Utahns have access to adequate health insurance, including adequate funding and access to drug treatment programs and mental health care. This would be a comprehensive solution to the problem of pain medication abuse.
