ITGS-Summer Reading: artificially intelligent devices

Fast food restaurants use information technology in a variety of different ways, mainly by having an artificially intelligent devices keep the flow if the incoming and out going orders organized and intact. It took a fair amount of time for developers to provide the type of technology that fast food restaurants can use to actually be able to have such an easy order service, yet the amount of effort that was put into the work is significant. Nowadays, this technology has improved, and fast food restaurants update their artificially intelligent devices about once every few years, and it seems that no new improvements are being made. Other than a few tweaks, nothing new comes out of this devices. Personally, I believe that there is only to such an extent in which someone can improve upon an artificially intelligent device. When the developers try to improve upon them, they usually end up just adding simple features; therefore it only seems prudent to change them after long amounts of time. Even though they are still being improved upon, many such artificially intelligent devices are being used as we speak, to great extents as well.

I was really confused about your post "Artificyally inteligente devices" because you don't seem to give any examples of such devices that are used in the fast food restaurants. You just simply state that they exist there and not really being updated. But i dont seem to get the point of this post.
One sentence you wrote that stands out for me is "many such artifically intelligent devices are bein g used as we speak" I think this has no evidence to back it up and what such intelligent devices? You didnt give any examples of them, so what you are saying such intelligence devices = none cause you gave none are being used as we speak and i totally agree with that because there is no device in a fast food restaurant that thinks for itself.
You're post reminds me of the movie "Terminator" because that is a good example of Artifical inteligente.
