The Juvie Three By Gordan Korman

In the beginning of the book the character Gecko gets thrown to jail because of driving recklessly. A man named Healy created a program to help juvies get back on the right track. Healy randomly selects three people for the program: Gecko, Terence and Arjay. They all go and live in New York in the same apartment and end up having to do community service, attending group therapy, and they have to go to school. An accident occurred and Healy was sent to the hospital. The group had to hide the fact that he was in the hospital. That was where I left off.

Dear Brandon,

I think your weekly response on "The Juvie Three" is good, but needs a bit of work. I liked how your summary was concise, and gave a good idea of what was happening up to the point where you read to. Also, it was nice how you didn't provide any big spoilers. However, you should have included the page number you've stopped at, along with elaborating on a quote or idea that was important in the text. But, if you didn't read enough to come to an important concept, or are still in the process of editing your response, then disregard my constructive criticism. So far, though, not a bad job! If you can work more on the interpreting portions of your reflection, then I am excited to read your future posts!
