Lay off the 'roids!
In the world of baseball, there have been many great players: Hank Aaron, Roger Maris, and Babe Ruth just to name a few. These players set many of the great records we strive to break today. Now, some of the household names are Barry Bonds, Sammy Sosa, Mark McGuire, and Rafael Palmiero. These players hold their own records but with one big difference; these players had help.
Baseball today is much different than baseball in the 20th century. Players are driving in 120 runs and hitting 40 homers, hardly what you would see back then. But the problem is that today, players are using performance-enhancing drugs to increase their ability. Breaking the records by cheating. It isn't right. Players should take pride that they are good enough to lay the game professionally.
