This news item was basically about how a kennel operator let his dogs starve and become dehydrated and die and how all together he had 19 actions against him based on animal cruelty but those 19 actions was reduced to only 4 actions committed. Legislators want the laws to become harsher on those that perform animal cruelty. They want animal abuse to become a really high offense which means that an animal abuser can get prison time or a fine. Pretty interesting to know that Legislators acutally want to take action against cruelty towards animals.

okay i'm supposed to do a picture connection, so your source better have picsx. (: I can connect to this cause' of course my project is about animal abuse. Hundreds of animals get abused every day, and many don't go to jail for it and get away with it. So yeah...we seriously need to take action against them.
