Lost, Confused, Blank
For my personal project next year, I want to work on a topic or skill that is logical and/or creative. I've thought of learning Chinese because my dad is Chinese but I don't seem to be that interested in it anymore. I always change what I like and my interests so I don't know what topic I should work on.

I think that the skill you want to learn is very interesting. It would be cool to be able to communicate with your father and family in your own language. You can even read Chinese newspapers, which are SO cool. They have have so many characters and for me it's like ...I don't understand what it says. Bu you can learn to read it!!!! :D

I think that's a down side to wanting to learn Chinese. There are so many characters. As i said, I lose interest really quickly and if there's so many to learn, i guess i would find it fustrating and give up on that too. I guess my topic should revolve around something that is always common, coming and reoccuring in my life. THANKS! Your response has just at this very moment lead me to an interesting conclusion. xD

Well i thought it was cool that you were interested in learning about chinese but if you lost interest in it then you shouldnt do it. You still have a few months left before you actually have to begin the personal project so find something cool that captivates your interest. Dont do something you dont like because then your project wont come out good since you dont really like your topic. Dont worry you will find something that will captivate your interest soon enough. Try out new things and experiment! :>
