Louisiana Cuisine

Louisiana Cuisine is the topic that I’m leaning toward for my research paper. The reasons that I want to write on this topic is because of my experiences. My experiences, in the United States Army Reserves, these military experiences  in various countries had me thinking why do we cook the way we do, where do our recipes originate from and lastly are the recipes and cuisine that we eat just incorporated in the south, or Louisiana, or anywhere else in the world for that matter. I hope to come out with a broader knowledge of the cuisine that we take for granted on a daily basis. Food to me is a part of my heritage and learning more on this topic will not only open my eyes but the eyes of others from different parts of the world.
