I am glad that this man is arrested and everything for what he has done to this poor child and I really think he deserved it and we need to make sure that he learned his lesson. Also what he did wrong was he admitted that he injured a seven week old child. Why would he do that to a little child like that. He has gone out of his mind or something. He is some crazy person to do that. Also he should be arrested for what he did and what made him do that was marijuana which is a really bad drug for you. This type of drug probably made him go crazy and he injured a child like that. It was his fault for doing drugs.
Investigators arrested Ogle in November 2008 when he admitted to injuring a seven-week-old child. When arrested, officers found about 12 grams of marijuana in his possession.
