Man with the ability to regenerate

I was reading about a man with the ability to regenerate. Scientist have been trying to find a way to make prosthetic limbs function like real ones, but with this still experimental powder you may be able to grow back whole limbs. recently i was watching this program onT.V. ,where this man cut off part of his finger. his finger was cut behind the first joint so usually it would be impossible to grow back. in kids this regeneration is possible but it doesn't always happen, it definitely wouldn't happen in a man over 50. while this powder is still in the clinical trial, he wasable to use some because his brother is developing it. after apply the powder to his finger for 4 weeks it grew back to normal (even the nail).
