Necessary Guidelines in Emails
http://www.iwillfollow.com/email.htm
On the webpage it talks about different groups of information you should know when using correct email etiquette. They include whom you are sending the message to, what the email says, and who else will see the message. After reading the article I understand all of these topics. When you write an email you should always include To, Cc, and Bcc. Also you should be careful about how many people will eventually see your work and would the message might be forwarded to. You should not write extremely long emails because you should just get to the main point of writing the message in the first place. You can you punctuation but stay away from too many exclamation marks. Use smilies =) but not when writing important emails to teachers. As an opening you can write Dear... or just their name, depending on the person. I learned many other things about email etiquette from this web page.
