Maria Robinson once said “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” What I think that this quote mean is that nobody can go back and change what has already happened. But it is possible for anyone to change their ways today to make for a better ending. I can relate my own school life with this quote, because right now i'm too far to go back and change how I started the year. Never the less I can change my approach for this 4th and final quarter and work hard to change my future ending.

So far i'm in the ending part of my junior year in Green Dot, and up until this point I am very unhappy with my results. Sure i'm not in the scare of summer school like some of the other failing students, im just scared that my grades are too low for my second year. My freshman year i made honor roll my 3rd marking period and only failed 2 classes that entire year. While this year i’ve failed one class twice and two others once. I know that I have to work hard this quarter to bring my grades up and I also need to get a better average.

Since Spring is a time for cleaning and changing i’ve decided on some ways that can benefit me in improving academically and socially. A couple of academic ways I have found that can help me is by , STUDYING( I learned that the reason that I haven't done so well on many of test and quizzes in math and writing is because I don't study), another way that i’ve found to help me socially and academically is by asking more questions in class and getting extra help from the teacher on difficult assignments.

All these steps are going to take some time to start to work . Its not like I can immediately stop my ways and change. Over time I will start to change and make myself different just like how Maria Robinson said in the quote “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” So I will change myself to lead a better ending for my entire academic life.
