I'm learning more about love right now, and in particular what I'm wondering about is: relationships and love. As I was reading in my Google Reader this news article caught my attention because of the title. The title is: "Teens Can Also Experience Dating Violence." I picked this article to read because it talks about teens and dating.
The quote I chose here is basically saying that not only adults are abused during a relationship but also teenager 13-14.
I think this is accurate because I have heard of a lot of stories where teenagers have been abuse by their boyfriend/girlfriend. It makes me wonder why young teenagers do this in relationships.
According to Teenage Research Unlimited, one in five teenagers aged 13-14 knows a friend who has been struck and nearly half of all teenage girls in relationships report that they have been victims of verbal, physical or sexual assault.
