I am learning more about "nature vs nurture" right now, and in particular what i'm wondering about is if people are born with their personalities or does it derive from the environment. As i was reading Google reader, this log post caught my attention because It started talking about the relation between mice and people. I have been thinking aout that recently because there are lots of theories that we derive from animals like primates and such and so basic primitive characteristics that we have derive from them. We really have to go back to history when we are talking about traits and where they come from.
The quote I chose here is basically saying We are related to mice and they do some of the same things that we do. Mice are basically subjects for experiments and such.
I think this is amazing Because maybe there is so much more out there that we have not figured out yet when it comes to how our personalities amalgamate. Maybe the answer lies in the make up of mice.
It seems the genetic makeup of a mouse is surprisingly similar to our own, what’s more it’s a whole lot quicker to breed, study and scrutinize a mouse.
