This is self explanatory. Barrack Obama is saying he can't work on the economy and car industries because he have to handle the war in Afghanistan and Iraq.

I found this quote to be disappointing because as president or leader you need to multitask with different conflicts. I think is the only time I will have to disagree with Obama. If Barrack as president don't take control over this recession then nobody will and the economy with go no where but down. I am really surprise
