I am happy that Obama has won the election but I would have preferred McCain to win.
But there is one thing i am annoyed about. That is the Obama supporters that are running around
screaming OBAMA!!!! and what not. He already won, good for him. Its like beating a dead
horse. Its over, just let it die down.

I'm disappointed that McCain didn't won though. I think he deserved it more. Obama served 2
years in the Senate where as McCain served 23 years more. Plus, his age...Obama can have the chance to
run again, where as McCain might not live for very long. But to both of them, congrats, they deserved it...they
worked hard..now lets see how Obama does.

Obama and McCain Election

WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW I FEEL ABOUT THE ELECTION
  • Joyful
  • Excited
  • Motivated
  • Inspired
  • Hopeful

I am Motivated, people were so closed minded about Obama and now he  has been given a chance to show that he can do what every Caucasian person found impossible to make happen more or less than what can't. If only people would stop thinking "Wow since he's black I am gonna vote for him!". No that's not the real reason he wanted to run he wanted to show people that he could do it if you try. I think people need to focus on the future and what's going to happen to them and the world they live in.

I am joyful cause I just like other people I thought that he wouldn't make it this far but I take those thoughts back now he will do fine if people just give him a chance to do so. Barrack Obama is going to make a difference and when he does all the people that said he wouldn't be able to do anything will feel sorry they ever put that thought in to their minds I think that he will make a difference, but people are so lost in their own minds that the world revolving around them has no effect on what they have in front of their faces I understand that the world may not be the way people want it but way is it that when something that you finally have a say in comes up you don't take advantage of that , so then you actually have no say in what goes on out side your home cause you just never made a difference.

Extremely halarious

Dear Grey,

I just read your post, and it was extremely hilarious.

One thing you said that stood out for me was:Plus, his age...Obama can have the chance to
run again, where as McCain might not live for very long, I actually think its better to have a young president than an old fart. And im not trying to be funny, but the first time i saw McCain, i was thinking, this guy is not going to serve 4 years. But besides that, AGE has nothing to do with who should be elected.

Another sentence that you wrote that stood out for me was: He already won, good for him. Its like beating a dead horse. Its over, just let it die down. When certain events that seem so unrealistic, like the first BLACK PRESIDENT, dont you think people should enjoy, and cheer for him? People have hope now, and alot of people feel victorious, people should be able to enjoy it until the moment passes away.

ANY WAY, thanks for writing, hope to hear from you again.

Thanks for the responce. Im

Thanks for the responce.

Im glad you think it was funny. It was a serous topic and I wanted to liven it up a little.

With the whole age issue, yes Obama is younger but with age comes experience. Im not the only one who thinks this way but McCain would die and office and Obama will have a bullet in his head. Using his past, there was already one plot to kill him, and he wasnt even president. Let alone the president elcet, or a candidate for that matter. People are insane and unfortunatly, him being black may be a target.

And what I ment by leave it alone was, i hear enough of him being president that its enough. And yes, he is the first black president. But if we keep thinking like that, that is all he will ever amount to. We dont think of Obama as, a graduate from some amazing school, no, we think of him as the first black president. But its ok if we cheer, but not for the wrong reasons.
