The very thing that caught my eye when i came across this quote was the fact that sonia has had experiences with this kind this kind of stuff. Whenever you can relate the issues that you have dealt with in your past life to your current job, it would make your job all the more enjoyable. I am guessing that she has had a number of events that ihave happened to her and so she has these fresh in her mind. These help her to make the right decisions.
