Oil Spill

I am liking your post " Should the United States should drill for oil in protected offshore waters? because it is talking about the different ways the people can do to help save the oil spill that happened. The oil spill has been a major problem that happened and we need to do something to fix it. The poor animals died because of the oil spill and we need to clean it up and prevent it from happening again.

One sentence you wrote that stood out for me is: " With the remaining oil on this planet reaching lower and lower levels, it would be a good decision for the United States to become no longer dependent on foreign oil". I think this is important because if the United States dont get the oil and stuff maybe this would have never happened. They should not become dependent on oil so much and the United States should depend on themselves instead of someone else.

Another sentence that I liked was " The question rises about where the United States will find and drill for the oil it needs in order to independent on foreign oil. This stood out for me because the oil is really important and we need to be independent and stop depending on other contries for other stuff.

I do agree with that. One reason I say this is because oil is really important and we need to prevent the same thing from happening again. We do not want the animals to die again because of the oil spill that got into the waters and on land as well. The oil destroyed a lot of nature and we need to do something to fix it.

I look forward to seeing what you write next because I can see that you care for about the nature and you are trying to see if America is going to do anything about the oil spill and drill in the oil spill to stop what have occured.
