Walking down the halls of my school I see kids so deep in conversation that they wouldn't move if the world ended, and then there are the kids who are constantly being asked to pay attention because they are basically off the walls and easily distracted. The majority of the kids bouncing (sometimes literally) off the walls are children with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). In shorter terms, much more energy.excitement, and enthusiasm than the regular kid.

(there is supposed to be alink above but I'm not sure if it made it! sorry if it didn't)

These are some symptoms of ADHD

In the U.S. 8%-10% kids are diagnosed with ADHD. ADHD is more often diagnosed in boys than girls because girls are more attentive (usually) meaning that it isn't as well recongnised and isn't diagnosed. Kids with ADHD have a difficult time focusing on tasks but if the tasks are fun there is no problem focusing.

There is a display picture for messenger saying "I have ADHD-Attention Def....OH LOOK A BUTTERFLY" Yes that is true because ADHD are very easily distracted.
