I recently read a post on dieting and Its really somehting i can relate to. In the post,the kid showed a picture of 2 apples with measuring tape around them. He then said that there are two types of dieting; dieting to get healthy and dieting to lose weight or they can be interchangable,they can both be used together. I have had alot of experience with this because i want to gain a bit of weight myself,i am extremely healthy already cause i eat good foods and such but i want to gain a little weight so its kind of the opposite of a diet. I remeber i used to a whole lot,i mean it was like i had 4 stomachs and at the time,i really thought i would gain weight but i never did,i just got taller and gained the obvious weight with my height. Then i discovered what metabolism was and thats when i came to the conclusion that i couldnt gain weight....well not now atleast,not until my meta. slows a bit.
