Pictures of Hollis Woods

In ELA with Amy we have book clubs (literature circles). As all 6th graders know we are reading the book callled Pictures of Hollis Woods this book was'nt so interesting from the begining.But its now becoming interesting, as I read more of the book. I think that the author of this book really made it hard for the reader to understand the story at the beging but then made it clearer (which i thought made no sense).

This book is about a girl named Hollis. Hollis is an orphan and she is lonely she wants to have a family to love her to care for her. But the mustard lady thinks that no one loves Hollis so she bounces her around like a ball to other familys. Hollis wants someone that has much in common with her to be  her friend.
