Political Spin: Mike Lee's Campaign

This is a campaign video I took off of Mike Lee's website. This video is an example of the political spin "A Story That's 'Too Good.'" Mike Lee states that he is running for Senator because "the only way to [turn our country around] is by returning to the constitutional principles of limited government." Mike Lee states some of our country's problems and makes it sound like he is just the person to solve these problems. However, he never states how he is going to "reverse" our country. He states that we need to go back to a smaller government, but he never states how we are going to get there. For those who agree with what he thinks needs to be done, this is too good to be true. He makes it sound so simple, and yet we all know that nothing that happens in Washington is simple.
